Welcome to SPILT.

We offer a veritable buffet of craft alcohol-free cocktails, beer, spirits, wines and everything else to slake the thirst of Edmontonians.

We are a Black, Indigenous and woman-led venture headed by Edmonton’s mocktail maven, JoAnne Pearce with her partners Keenan Pascal and Andrew Paul. SPILT is the culmination of three years of obsessive creativity.

Situated in the Wîhkwêntôwin (formerly Oliver) neighbourhood downtown, SPILT is the beating heart of the sober social scene in Edmonton. With a focus on inclusivity and education, we specialize in tasting menus, craft AF cocktails and offer private bookings, mocktail classes, and off-site catering for all your alcohol-free needs. 

SPILT is scheduled to open in early spring 2024.
